All treatment services are non-refundable please ensure that you have read all the details and information before you proceed with the payment. Treatment services are transferable to another person or exchangeable into products of its equal or lower values will be made.

All products are not eligible for refund/ return except defective or expired product, kindly contact our lovely customer service at customerservice@somorehair.com. within 7 days of the date you receive the product. We will carry out the verification process for the exchange, please note that any items returned without our verification or approval will not be accepted. Returning product shall send to our address at, Lot 1-5-21, e-Gate Lebuh Tunku Kudin 2, 11700 Gelugor, Penang.

Delivery

All products will be shipped by our courier service provider Gd Express. Delivery charges to Peninsular Malaysia is RM10/order, East Malaysia is RM15.00/ order, purchase above RM250.00 free delivery nationwide. Estimate delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from the day courier pickup. Delivery may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather. Delivery address must be a valid residential address, we do not ship to P.O. Box / Parcel Lockers / Oversea Address.
